- Netflix: games are included with Netflix plans with no ads or purchases, though the catalog changes. Monument Valley 3 left it in July 2025, for example, and returned to the regular stores that December.

3. Follow developers you already like #

Studios tend to stay consistent in quality and in how they charge.
4. Use review sites and communities #

- Recent critical reviews. Look at the latest one- and two-star reviews. Older five-star reviews may predate changes.
